Summer Sound Bath

The music of nature is available to all who notice. In this sound bath, I play amongst the sounds of cicadas humming through the open window. In moments where a noise comes to my attention, I find it as a great opportunity to focus in on the present moment. I think of the birds from Huxley's The Island, mimicking the mantra "Here and now boys, here and now"
