Welcome dear friends to this beautiful meditation around new beginnings.
I'd like to invite you to settle in and make sure you're in a comfortable relaxed place where you can just close your eyes and take in this guided meditation.
So making yourself comfortable,
Sit back,
Relax.
You might want to move your head around,
Move your feet around,
Move your hands.
Make sure you're very comfortable.
Make sure you're in a place where you can really start to visualize and embrace these new beginnings.
Start to relax your body,
Sink into the chair or the bed.
Or the bed.
Notice how it's supporting you.
Notice how all around you is support,
Comfort,
Beauty.
Notice your body relaxing just a little bit more as you let go.
Release your feet,
Releasing tension in your calves,
The front of your legs,
Releasing tension in the knees,
Releasing tension in the thighs and moving up into your belly.
Moving up into your lower back.
You might want to take a deep sigh and let yourself relax just a little bit more.
Becoming a little bit more centered,
A little bit more grounded,
A little bit more present.
And moving up into your chest and your back and shoulders.
Noticing if there's any tightness or tension.
Can you let them down just a little bit more?
Release just a little bit more into this moment.
Noticing your arms and your hands and your fingers.
Noticing if your hands are balled up or are they relaxed.
Releasing tensions.
Releasing all the stress and the worries from the day.
And moving your awareness into your neck.
Noticing if there's any tightness.
Do you need to let go of your shoulders?
Do you need to roll your neck around?
Letting it all go now.
Coming deeper and deeper into the present.
Letting it all go now.
Coming deeper and deeper into the present.
Into this moment.
And moving up into your face.
Perhaps you scrunch your face up and let it go.
And scrunch it up and let it go.
And let yourself move ever more into this present moment.
Into the calm.
Into the peace.
And as you now are here in a deeper state of relaxation,
I ask you to think of three things.
I ask you to think of three things that you're grateful for.
Now here we go.
Think of thing number one.
Really draw that in.
Think of it.
Let it fill you.
Let it fill your awareness and your whole body.
Sense the depth of the gratitude.
And how amazing it is to feel this gratitude.
Now moving on to number two.
Is it a person?
Is it a place?
Is it a thing?
Is it an animal?
Really dive deep into that sensation.
That gratitude.
That awareness.
Let it fill you.
Let it fill your body,
Your mind,
Your soul.
So grateful.
You're so grateful.
And now thing number three.
What is this third thing?
Is it the same as the other things?
Or same as one of the other things?
Or is it a completely new thing?
Come on now.
Let it fill you.

Fill your mind.
Banish all darkness away.
Become completely filled.
With this sense of gratitude.
Good.
Very good.
And now drawing your attention to what it is.
That you're ready to begin new right now.
What is it that you really are calling in?
Is it a new job?
A new place to live?
A new partner?
Is it a new way of thinking?
Are you ready to birth a new idea?
Are you ready to awaken some new senses inside of you?
Really sense this thing that you're calling in now.
Sense it,

Let it fill you.
Every ounce and inch of you.
Imagine that thing.
See it right now.
As if you're doing that thing.
You're being this new way.
You're calling it in.
What does it feel like?
What does it feel like?
What does it smell like?
What does it sound like?
Is it a phone call?
Is it something that you hear?
Is it words?
Is it voices?
Is it sounds?
Is there a taste?
Can you touch it?
Really let yourself go into these sensations of what it really feels like to begin this new thing.
Really call that in now.
It's amazing.
It's wonderful.
It's absolutely so amazing that it is here right now.
You are with it.
It is you.
This is already happening.
It's already done.
You are a master creator.
You are a master creatrix.
You are amazing,
Absolutely wonderful,
Sensational.
You are doing this.
You're doing this.

Welcome it in.

Senses savor it.
And now,
Clench your fist as tight as you can.

While you call up the emotion of this thing,
Really clench your fist tight.
Put it in there.

Sensational moment.
This amazing thing that you are calling in right now.

Drawing it into your life,
