Hello and welcome to lesson 1.
My name is Simone Catherine and in this lesson we are going to talk about the dreaming and ideas stage of starting your own spiritual business and getting your first paying client in a spiritual or healing modality.
We are going to map out what your future could look like and how you can incorporate your unique gifts into this new life path of yours.
Make sure you listen to the very end of the lesson because I'm going to be giving you today's secret word and at the end of the course you will be able to put all of the words together to make a sentence and receive a very special gift.
For many of you who find yourselves in a corporate job,
You may be searching for something new,
You may want to help people and that's why you're here because your spiritual path is so deeply rooted in who you are in your soul that you want to find a way to express it and really be able to dedicate your life to that and to helping others other than just working a corporate job.
No hate to corporate jobs that can be really great for the right person at the right time but if you're here it's because you're thinking of transitioning out of that and into something that really fulfills your dharma,
Your desire to help people in the only way that you can in this lifetime.
So what we're going to talk about today are some simple methods to gain information about who you are,
What your spiritual gifts are,
What you offer to the world and how you can put all of those things together in order to get clarity on what kind of business or new life purpose you may start to follow.
We're going to be talking about a couple of different methods that I use with clients that I have used throughout the years.
The first one is a strengths test and this is a test that you can do online and it's one of those tests that gives you something really special.
It talks about different types of skills that we naturally have and how those can be leveraged in the workplace or in a business.
And the reason I like this test so much is that it takes into account a lot of different types of natural skills and talents and how they might serve you.
It's not just the typical intelligences that you may see on an intelligence IQ test.
It gives you a lot of different options and you'll be given basically four letters and then a hyphen and then another letter.
In my case,
It's E-N-F-P and so my letters are extrovert,
Intuitive,
Feeler,
And perceiver.
And that gives me an idea of what kinds of things make me feel fulfilled and what are my natural skills and talents in this lifetime.
It helped me to really understand how I can help clients specifically with my life purpose because it helps me to know that I was a very positive person and that I was also a very futuristic thinker.
There are many tests you can do online.
I also have Woo and I have Includer.
What that tells me about who I am and what I offer to the world is that my job is to really excite people and be optimistic and looking to the future and being really positive.
Once I knew that about myself,
I was able to tailor my life purpose and who I work with and for based on skills and talents that come naturally to me.
I spent a lot of time trying to pretend that I wasn't that way or trying to fit into a different category.
However,
The more I learned that when I lean into that,
The better and stronger I felt about really just being myself,
The better I felt in life and in my job.
Trusting my intuition was powerful for me.
Even the men as criticisms are now strengths I use every day on my life purpose path.
This is a powerful exercise to do.
Next,
I want to talk about astrology.
I don't think I could get through this course without talking about astrology as it's one of my main modalities.
So you'll want to go ahead and take a look at your astrology chart.
And if you run into any trouble finding it,
Then please comment in the course classroom,
As this is something that I can help you with on an individual basis for everyone who takes the course.
I don't always have time to get every single comment,
But I can certainly help point you in the right direction.
Once you have your astrology chart,
You're going to be looking for the letters M as in Madrid,
C as in Canada.
M C.
And this is the cusp of the 10th house.
In other words,
The beginning of the 10th house.
And this is a space in which you will find out the information you'll need to know about your career.
You'll also want to look at the second house.
So you'll want to see the line that has the number two under it.
That goes straight through one of the signs and figure out which sign that is.
You'll also want to look for the part of fortune,
Jupiter,
Saturn,
The sun,
And the moon.
And that will be a great start to looking at your chart and figuring out what kinds of life purposes you could develop.
And I know that sounds like a lot.
However,
We will take it step by step with each other in the classroom.
So please,
Anytime something comes up,
Just let me know and we can work through it together.
Thirdly,
For this lesson,
You can consult the tarot.
You can pull out some tarot cards and ask the deck,
What are my strengths and weaknesses?
If you don't have a tarot deck handy,
You can use any oracle deck.
You can even go online and find a tarot deck randomizer.
In future lessons,
We're going to talk a little bit more about tarot cards.
We're going to put those pieces together little by little to get a clear idea of what you offer in this lifetime.
What is your unique selling point?
Something that's really commonly talked about in the business or marketing world and sets you apart from other people.
Right now,
We're just in the discovery stage and figuring out what it is that really only we can do that we will be able to express our soul desires in the world in a way that actually does help people and makes a difference because it's something that you can sustain your life through.
I'm so excited and this course is going to be a little bit of a challenge in the sense of I'm going to ask you to take action.
I believe that we learn through taking action.
And we learn a lot more than we do by just thinking about things or even just writing them down.
So I will be encouraging you to take action throughout the course.
Today,
We're just getting to know each other and starting out.
But in future lessons,
I may ask you to take a couple of small actions in your real life so that you can start making some real headway on this experience for yourself and actually working a little bit towards getting there.
We're also going to be looking at your mindset,
Changing what you believe is possible for yourself and the world based on evidence that we start gathering through facts,
Actions that we take,
And self-trust.
So hopefully,
You'll have all the pieces in place to already start looking for people to test out your new ideas for your life purpose with,
Real life people to start practicing with,
And maybe who knows,
Even finding a paying client.
