It has all the potentials to become one of the best days of your life.
Let's set the intention together to make the best out of today.
Now,
Imagine a beautiful shining light.
It's coming down to your forehead,
Relaxing your head,
Relaxing your eyes,
Relaxing your jaw massage,
Relaxing your neck and relaxing your shoulders.
Continue to invite this divine energy of the new day to your body.
Relax your arms,
Relax your fingers and send this loving energy to your chest.
As you breathe deeply and slowly,
Expand your chest with divine love and send this energy to your belly.
Relax your belly,
Relax your pelvis area and feel this energy is moving down through your spine,
Relaxing your back muscles,
Relaxing your lower back and going down through your legs.
Relax your legs,
Relax your knees,
Your feet and your toes.
Now all your body is filled with new energy.
Feel how this beautiful loving energy is vibrating all over your body,
Energizing each and every cell in your body.
Take another deep breath in,
Direct it toward your heart and hold it for a second.
And now exhale fully out from your heart and send this energy all around your body.
