Don't Let Anyone Label You

Hello my lovelies, How are you all doing? So today you know my thoughts are about not allowing anybody to label you and no matter where you are in your life you know if you've messed up or somebody keeps or the group you're in or whatever your environment kind of keeps reinforcing that you're not good enough or is labeling you as one type of person or you know makes you feel a certain way please know that you are a work in progress and we are all evolving and you are not a label you are not you are not stuck with the label about yourself whatever that label is and maybe you have been a certain way for a while or you know there are certain traits that seem to be dominant in you which maybe don't work for you or work for you you know but we don't have to get attached to that we don't have to like put a boundary around ourselves and say oh this is who I am and that's it or you know allow other people to label you in a certain way they are also looking at you from their own baggage from their own triggers from their own pain so have a balanced approach towards how you allow definitions of you to perpetuate within you and then you believe that's who you are because we're ever-changing you know what we used to be 20 years ago or 10 years ago we're not the same anymore we've changed in many ways and so you know give yourself a break be gentle with yourself be kind to yourself and don't label yourself either because that's a very limited view of your infinite being you are an infinite being and you are capable of so much so much it's infinite if you choose if you choose not to get stuck with the now of how you are and how people have defined you so far in your life and you decide that I'm gonna be patient with who I am right now and I'm going to focus on my evolution I'm not going to drown in the definition of who I am at this moment or the labels that have been put on me don't even allow what you do to label you because you are not what you do you are you okay and also don't label others because I mean I feel there's so much prejudice in this world about you know if somebody is serving you then they're less than you or if somebody is a different race than you then they probably don't know I mean I'm there's a lot of ignorance in this world and you know coming from I'm in an Indian origin I'm Indian I've seen that a lot people just assume I don't know things people assume things about me because they have their own prejudices and I'm patient with them as well because they don't know better you know so yeah don't don't let anyone label you I've done so many different things in my life I was an actress at the time people used to follow me around like wanting me to sign an autograph for them I've been a flight attendant I served people and it was a joy and people treat you differently depending on your role but if within you you have that dignity intact even if others are treating you differently and within yourself you know you are not the position in your life you know whether you're the king or you're the pauper you have to feel like the king inside you have to know that you are valuable and worthy no matter where you are in your life or what you're doing in your life so don't let anyone put a stamp on you please wipe it off wash it off shake it off and begin to reclaim your power your your own worthiness your own divine self within you know awaken that in you and we have to actively cleanse ourselves of all these suggestions that we hear around us about us or even the voice within us that kind of says oh my gosh you're just like this you're never gonna change or you're just doomed with this personality trait or these are your genes or your genetics or you were just born in in under the wrong star or you have you born in the wrong circumstances whatever it is you need to combat that all the time you need to cleanse yourself of those suggestions every day because that then develops who you are and then you start training your subconscious mind to believe that and then you start attracting those kinds of things into your life and I have to remind myself as well again and again that you are not defined by your past you are not defined by even who you are at this moment you're not defined by your genetics you know that you can actually change your genetics and you can pass on if you have children a different set of genetics by choosing differently every time like if your nature is to be a certain way and you choose the opposite of that you are reprogramming your genes and this is a scientific fact this is not just you know some theory so we do have more control than we think as to what we allow ourselves to become and it's sometimes it's a fight sometimes it's not easy because it's easier to give in to the story or to give in to the label or to give in to that version of ourselves that isn't the best because it doesn't take any work you're just you're just you know absorbing and allowing whatever but if you're willing to work and you're willing to choose something else for yourself then you will see a change in your life like I said it's not easy but it's worth it if you're going to see a different life for yourself or you're able to have a vision for your life apart from the life that you're living right now because sometimes the life we're living right now we begin to think sometimes you know this is how it is it's not going to change but it is and it can and it will if you actively choose a different neurological path and different actions connected to the way you're thinking our thoughts determine how we're going to act in this world and what we're gonna choose and what we're gonna do so be very clear about what you're going to allow into your conscious mind which goes into your subconscious mind and sometimes you know we go through life and so many things have accumulated like we don't even realize oh that person said something it stayed inside of you you know you didn't know so I do a check I do a self check like if I'm not feeling good I'm like okay what's going on and I then address sometimes it's very silly it's a silly comment somebody made but you didn't address it at that moment and it's like kind of just like you know niggling and it's it's disturbing you and it's not making you feel good so do a check and I want you to write down all those things that maybe that somebody said or you thought about yourself or you acted in a certain way and people were judgmental about your behavior or you acted in a certain way and you were judgmental about your behavior I want you to cleanse yourself of all those things that's gone it's done today right now is the moment for you to choose better choose something different and life gives you opportunities every day to reinvent to become who you want to be so take that opportunity and choose differently today and write down who you envision yourself to be who are you who do you choose to be in this life and steadily walk towards that version of yourself and forgive yourself when you're not that when you're just when you're like you're falling back into old patterns or you're you're not able to rise it's okay it's okay as long as your your intention is in that direction and I you know it is such an important part what is your intention for yourself for whatever it is in your life and then act accordingly so ask yourself what is my intention and then put in steps to achieve that okay so that's my message for all of you today and shake it off my darling start again and walk towards the vision of yourself that you know you know you deserve and you're worthy of it if you don't know it I'm telling you you have this life make the most of it be the best you can be and forgive yourself along the way because you are human and it's gonna happen and it's okay just keep moving forward you deserve to move forward you deserve to achieve everything in your life okay all my love my darlings if let me know what you thought I love
