Very soothing. My monkey mind went from frenzied to quiet in a flash 🙏 Perfect for a mid day reset or in my case, fall back to sleep fast after waking in the middle of the night. My 18 year old cat missed the litter box by a mile. Clean up duty had me out of bed just long enough for the mind chatter to start going a mile a minute. Native American flute music often makes me feel as if I am floating on a cloud. Thank you Sherry for always playing so beautifully 💞 ☁️✨ 💞
