Hi! I am a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training and a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in nutrition and mental health. I have devoted myself to learning about the mind-body connection to help others heal both on and off the mat. My students and clients learn real-life tactics to help cope with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I loved this meditation! The visualization of the radiant gold light was so calming and almost comforting. When she was talking about it being on your hands, then legs, etc. I felt like I was really breathing deeply and I was so calm afterwards.
