Silence The Bully

We all have an inner voice - but sometimes, that voice turns to mean. It criticizes, shames, and judges us harshly, like a bully living in our minds. In this lesson, we’re going to meet that inner bully head-on. You’ll learn to recognize its voice, understand where it comes from, and most importantly, start separating from it. This voice may have been loud for a long time, but you don’t have to let it run the show anymore. Today, we begin the shift - and we vow not to let the bully win.

Challenge The Scaremonger

The Scaremonger - aka the voice of fear. Sometimes it whispers, sometimes it shouts, but it always tries to keep you small by focusing on what might go wrong. It can even feel like it’s trying to protect you, making it hard to tell fear from truth. But when fear runs unchecked, it fuels anxiety and holds you back from peace. In this lesson, we’ll learn to spot the scaremonger’s tactics, question its warnings, and gently take back control.

Heal The Neglector

The Neglector is the part of your inner voice that brushes off your feelings, tells you to toughen up, or insists “it’s not a big deal.” This voice can be quiet, but its impact runs deep. It silences emotion, pushes pain aside, and denies you the space to truly feel and heal. In this lesson, we’ll uncover how the neglector shows up in your self-talk, and begin creating space for your emotions - because your feelings matter, and they deserve to be heard.

It’s time to build a voice that supports you, challenges you, and always has your back.
