Good evening and welcome to the Cozy Cloud Sleep Meditation.

Alright sweet one,

It's time to get cozy and ready for sleep.

Lie down in your bed and let your body feel soft and heavy.

Snuggle into your pillow and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Good job.

Let's do that one more time.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now imagine a fluffy,

Cozy cloud floating just above your bed.

This cloud is warm,

It's safe and calm.

Slowly floats down and wraps around you like the softest blanket.

Your toes begin to feel warm and sleepy.

They relax and rest.

Now your feet feel heavy and calm.

Your legs begin to soften all the way up to your tummy.

Your tummy gently rises and falls as you breathe.

It feels peaceful and still.

Your chest and shoulders relax like they're melting into the bed.

Your arms and hands feel cozy and loose.

Allow your fingers to rest quietly.

Now your neck and face soften.

Your cheeks relax.

Your jaw relaxes.

Your forehead is smooth and calm.

Your whole body is resting on the cloud.

Safe,

Loved and peaceful.

As you float,

The cloud gently carries you away from anything today that you don't need anymore.

Any worries,

Busy thoughts,

Any big feelings.

Only calm and comfort stay with you.

Above all,

The sky is dark and beautiful,

Filled with twinkling stars.

Each star whispers something kind.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You did a great job today.

The cloud slowly drifts and lowers and lowers and lowers until you are resting deeply in your bed.

Your breathing is slow.

Your body is heavy.

Your mind is quiet.

Now it's time to sleep.

Sweet dreams,

Little one.

I'll see you in the morning.
