Life is so incredibly brief and so why not find ways to spend our time while we have it, in a consistent appreciation of its beauty and wonder simply because we are alive? Too many of us are walking around stressed and disconnected from this sacred existence and this course will help remind us that life is something to cherish and make sacred. While this course is not specifically aimed at eating disorder recovery, Sara's area of expertise, there are many practices in it that will help connect you to your soul self that will ultimately help heal the eating disorder self.
