Small Rituals

With Sara Packard (She/Her/Hers)

Join me for 7 different practices that are simple, reasonable and practical yet will help transform your day to day experience of life into something sacred. Life is so incredibly brief and so why not find ways to spend our time while we have it, in a consistent appreciation of its beauty and wonder simply because we are alive? Too many of us are walking around stressed and disconnected from this sacred existence and this course will help remind us that life is something to cherish and make sacred. While this course is not specifically aimed at eating disorder recovery, Sara's area of expertise, there are many practices in it that will help connect you to your soul self that will ultimately help heal the eating disorder self.

Meet your Teacher

Sara Packard is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and eating disorder recovery coach. She works with clients one on one to not only heal from their disordered eating and relationship with their bodies, but also connect to their soul self and live their life with the value and worthiness with which she believes we were all born into. Sara believes that practices for doing so must be simple and practical and most importantly accessible. She openly shares her story about her own process through eating disorder recovery and shares her passion for the practices she teaches because she knows first hand of their value and works to support others on their journey towards recovery, whatever it may look like.

Self-Dance Party

Movement is one of our most powerful tools. However it tends to be hyper categorized and defined, sometimes in ways that don't allow for our full expression of self. This week, let's use movement but in a very self-expressed and non-specific way through a daily self dance party.
