Welcome to this moon magic meditation.

Okay,
This meditation or ritual is done standing up or lying down,
So you choose.
So,
Close your eyes,
If that feels safe,
And extend your arms and legs,
Reaching your arms and legs as far as they can go,
As if you were touching the moon.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release your stretch,
Allowing yourself now to settle into a comfortable position.
And start to connect to the rhythm of your breath,
Feeling your body expand with every inhale,
And relax deeper with every exhale.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now imagine that you're standing on a beautiful beach,
The sand is cool and soft beneath your feet.
The rhythmic sound of gentle waves slapping against the shore fills the air,
Creating a soothing symphony.
You feel the cool energy of the moon as your light reflects down from above,
Casting a silvery glow over the water.
The moonlight dances on the surface,
Creating shimmering pathways that invite you to lose yourself in their tranquility.
Imagine a gentle breeze carries the scent of salt and sea,
While the night sky above you,
Covered with stars,
Provides a breathtaking backdrop to the serene moonlit scene.
Here under the celestial embrace of the moon,
You feel a profound sense of peace and connection to the world around you.
See yourself in this space,
Breathe in the freshness of the night's air,
And relax a little more as you feel the safe,
Luminous light of the moon covering you.
Now raise your head slightly to the sky,
To the divine feminine energy from La Luna,
The magical force of nature who lovingly gives you her rhythms,
Cycles,
And power.
Feel her love cover you as you stand under her moonlight tonight.
Relax your body even deeper,
Releasing all the thoughts,
All the tension,
All the pain,
And all the emotions through your breath,
Letting them all go on every out-breath,
And invite in the warmth from the moon,
Feeling how it softens you,
Let the moonlight guide you and protect you.
Her fullness opens up all the possibilities,
Giving you the space to ask for what you want,
Giving you the space to see clearly what to release,
And infusing you with the courage to do so.
So here under the moonlight,
Imagine it strengthening you,
Illuminating you,
Soothing you.
Just let yourself surrender to her,
This breathtaking moonlight guiding your path,
Soaking you in her light as you take step after step along the earth.
She is a part of you,
Let that sink in,
And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you,
With no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Carrying the love and light from mother moon with you.
