The Root Chakra represents grounding and the foundation of life. My intention for this recording is to create an audio experience of grounding into a meditation. I start the beginning and end playing a few long "OM" with my Flute. Can you hear the "OM"? In the video, we used red rock canyons from around the world to represent the foundation of life. Also, because I always feel so very grounded when I am in the SW of the US and surrounded by the earth. I truly rooted to my essence in these canyon
