By going thru a 21 days journey of no complaining, no arguing, and no gossiping. We allow ourselves to higher our own vibrations and peel the layers to access our own powers and path.

Hi everyone,

So this particular recording isn't really a meditation,

It's more a podcast about healing.

And I wanted to share with you guys my experience with healing and how I kind of got to this practice,

What led me to this.

And really the goal of me sharing today is to remind everyone that we all have the ability to tap into those healing powers.

There is nothing special about shamanic energy healing or reiki or infinite chi or whatever practice that you've heard about.

Each and every one of us on this planet have the ability to tap into our healing powers.

Some will be more drawn to tarot reading or different techniques,

We all have different attractions.

But this deep energy of self-healing resides within each and every one of them.

So the goal of this quick talk is really to encourage you to start activating those powers,

To start welcoming those powers within you.

And one of the ways to do that very quickly is to go through a 21-day challenge.

During this 21 days,

There are three different rules.

It's simple awareness.

And during those 21 days,

It's about not complaining,

Not arguing and not gossiping.

So to be a little more clear,

We start with not complaining.

No matter what arises during that time,

For 21 days,

There's no complaining.

If mentally you feel that different thoughts are arising where you're actually not in alignment with what's happening,

You just breathe through them and let go.

So even if you want to complain,

You just rephrase,

You rephrase what's happening,

You look at the whole situation from a different perspective.

So at times,

Of course,

Things will arise where you will start being very frustrated and different complaints will come through.

We're not blaming ourselves if that happens.

But we try to get back on track and to switch the whole scenario in our head in order to kind of step above that situation,

Step above that duality and really see the whole situation for what it is,

The good and the bad.

The moment we do that,

We're not attached to what's happening as much.

So first step of that 21 day clearing is simple,

No complaining.

Second one is no arguing.

So that can be tough for a lot of us.

No arguing really means that no matter what arises,

Whoever you're surrounded with,

Whoever is around you,

It's not telling them what you think.

If somebody tells you something that literally drives you crazy,

It's looking at this person,

Smiling at them,

Or not smiling,

But just not arguing,

Saying,

Yeah,

I think you're right.

By going through this process,

We're really allowing ourselves to realize,

To realize how much energy we're spending through words,

How much energy we're spending trying to convince others of our own perspective of things,

Knowing that most likely you won't change their minds.

The way people are analyzing different situations is by processing those information that they're receiving through their own mind.

And their own mind is like based out of their own data.

So the conclusion they'll come to is based on their own perceptions of things based on their own experiences.

So you talking and debating most likely won't affect the data and won't affect the conclusion they came to.

So it's really noticing during this time of 21 days that where you're not arguing,

You're saving a lot of energy.

So the second step of this 21 day practice is no arguing.

The last step is no gossiping.

We're all gonna say that we don't gossip,

But we do gossip.

And it's very human.

It's a very human experience to have something to say about somebody else with some kind of judgment.

We look at someone in the street and we start judging.

We can start judging on a lot of different levels,

Physical,

Emotional.

But for 21 days,

We're really going to step further,

Step above that and let go.

If judgment arise about something,

Someone,

We're just surrendering it.

We don't need to judge for that time.

We'll judge after if we really missed it so much.

We'll judge later if we'll go gossip later,

If we're later.

But some situations will arise during those 21 days where you'll be with friends or family and they'll start gossiping.

So in that moment,

It might be very challenging,

But it's breathing through it and remembering that you carry all of the powers,

That you are a microcosm of the macrocosm.

But if you decide to change your reality,

If you decide to go through a different journey,

You can't do that.

And for that goal,

In order to get to that place where you really change this reality,

You have to go through different steps.

You have to go through reprogramming your own habits,

Reprogramming your own mind.

And this starts with creating new habits and new patterns during 21 days.

21 days is a time that it takes to adopt a new idea.

It's a time to adopt a new habit,

To really fully integrate it.

So again,

No complaining,

No arguing,

No gossiping.

If you end up in situations where it's arising,

Just smile,

Internalize it,

Breathe,

And let it go.

During this 21 day process,

I really want to invite you to journal.

Maybe it will be just a sentence,

A word,

Maybe it will be pages a day,

Doesn't matter.

But every day trying to really report how you feel during those 24 hours of going through this clearing process.

You'll see that very quickly.

You'll notice how you can control your mind a lot more easily.

Of course,

You'll go through waves.

Some days are going to be easy,

Some days are going to be harder.

But overall,

You got this,

You'll be able to flow through it very naturally.

And to come back to the initial point of this podcast,

Which was healing and self-healing and the ability to awaken that energy within you,

You'll notice that this process of self-awareness and of really saving your own energy,

Of not spreading it out in ways that are not empowering your higher self,

Your inner self.

During this process,

Your vibrations will start automatically rising.

They will start getting a little deeper and you will be peeling different layers,

Letting go of different traumas,

Different emotions,

Different things that you went through during this lifetime.

And as all of that is happening,

You'll get closer again to your own self and you'll start awakening your own powers.

Your own mission will start drawing you to it.

You'll start being attracted to the right people.

You'll start being attracted to the right books,

Being in the right place and learning about where you're really supposed to go in this lifetime.

What's your true purpose?

Why are you waking up here every day?

What motivates you to be here and what do you have to fulfill?

So again,

I am going to do this for the next 21 days I realize it will be difficult in these trying times but my goal is to become more aware of how often I indulge in gossiping complaining and hopefully become more mindful
