Expanding your chest.
Slight pause at the top.
And exhale slowly and mindfully.
Breathing in through the nose.
Sitting up a little taller.
Slight pause at the top.
And exhale letting it all go.
Fully relaxing all of your muscles.
Another deep breath in.
Slowly and smoothly.
Slight pause at the top.
And exhale releasing it all away.
Another deep breath in through the nose.
Slowly and mindfully.
Slight pause at the top.
And exhale letting it all go.
Bring the breath back to its natural state.
An effortless breath.
Soft and subtle.
Notice if you're holding any tension in your body.
Can you relax a little deeper?
Softening all your muscles.
Every inch of your body.
Bring your awareness back to the breath.
The direction of it moving up and down.
In and out.
I want you to now visualize a version of you that is living your most authentic life.
You're achieving all of your goals.
Your health and well-being is thriving.
Your relationships are intimate and deep.
You have all that you dream of.
Take a moment to visualize this version of you that is 100% committed and motivated to feel healthy,
Strong,
Empowered,
Confident,
Content and fulfilled in your life.
Make a picture of yourself in your mind.
Maybe you're smiling.
Maybe you're in an environment that brings you joy.
Maybe you're with people that you love.
Take a moment to visualize as many details as possible of a truly fulfilled version of you.
What does that look like?
Shift your awareness into your body for a moment.
What emotions are coming up for you?
Can you feel any sensations in the body or in the heart space?
How does it feel in your body?
Knowing that you can achieve all that you desire.
How does this version of you feel like?
And what do you look like?
Now I invite you to step into that version of you that is already achieving all the things you want.
Step into this version of you that is 100% committed and motivated to making small conscious choices every day that will lead you closer and closer to all that you desire.
Where feeling healthy,
Strong,
Energized,
Confident,
Content is your reality.
You are moving your body because you love to.
You are eating nourishing foods because you want to.
You are taking your self-care time.
You speak from your heart and your truth.
You listen to your own body wisdom and intuition.
You have compassion and love for yourself and all those around you.

So step into this body and feel proud.
