Thank you so much for being here for today's meditation.
We will be connecting to Capricorn Energy.
Now this meditation will be very helpful and beneficial for everyone regardless of what your zodiac sign is because we all have Capricorn Energy somewhere in our astrology chart and it's not necessarily important for you to know where or how it's connected to your chart.
You can just still benefit just by realigning your Capricorn Energy.
Also if you're listening to this during Capricorn Season this can be especially helpful because whatever your zodiac sign is we're all influenced by the season that we're currently in.
So aligning to Capricorn Energy can help you if you're listening during Capricorn Season.
And Capricorn Season starts on December 22nd and it goes to January 22nd.
And lastly if you are a Capricorn Sun,
Moon,
Or Rising this can also be helpful because it will help you embrace your strengths.
So let's get started.
Find a comfortable seat.
Close your eyes and we're going to do five grounding belly breaths together.
These are slow comfortable breaths and you're breathing deep into your belly.
So whenever you're ready I'll count backwards from five.
Breathe in for number five and slow exhale.
Inhale four.
Slow exhale.
Inhale three.
Slow exhale.
Inhale two.
And belly breath.
Inhale one.
Slow exhale.
Beautiful.
And just allow yourself to arrive at the end of those breaths.
Being present with your body,
Your environment,
The silence,
The temperature of the room,
Your seat.
Just arrive.
And now visualize the ground or earth or even nature and visualize yourself connecting to nature.
Maybe it's at the beach.
Maybe it's a favorite hiking spot or maybe it's just sitting on a rock.
And really breathe in that energy visualization.
Cultivating this connection with earth energy.
Capricorn is an earth sign so really connecting with this earth energy will really help you anchor in and connect to the Capricorn energy throughout this meditation.
So a few more breaths here just connecting to the visuals that you have.
And then on your next inhale and exhale you can release that visualization.
And now we're going to explore some of the shadow aspects or imbalances of Capricorn energy that can happen from time to time.
Now I invite you to have the intention to have compassion for yourself or others that might connect to any of these shadow aspects or imbalances.
And also release any judgments towards yourself or others who might connect to any of these qualities.
The important thing here is just to bring to awareness these energies.
The first shadow aspect or imbalance is overworking or trying to be overproductive.
So bring this to awareness.
And if it applies to you have intention to release it or even to balance out this energy.
So just take a couple moments to breathe and hold that intention.
The next shadow aspect or imbalance is rigidity,
Being very rigid in something.
Bring this to awareness if it applies to you or someone around you possibly.
Release all judgment,
Hold compassion and just take a deep breath in and on the exhale hold intention to release this energy.
Any rigidity in your life or you are creating the intention to balance it out.
Beautiful.
The next shadow aspect or imbalance is fear of failure.
Bring this to awareness,
Breathe through it with compassion,
Release judgment towards yourself or others.
And if you would like,
Hold the intention to release this or to bring balance here.
Do this with your breath,
Inhale,
Release it on the exhale.
Beautiful and relax.
The next shadow aspect or imbalance is emotional suppression.
Bring this to awareness.
And if it applies to you,
Hold the intention to balance this out in your life or to release it.
Whatever feels best.
There's no right or wrong here.
Use your intuition.
Beautiful.
Using that breath,
Inhale and exhale to really release.
And the next shadow aspect or imbalance is self-criticism.
So bring this to awareness.
Notice if or when or where it's showing up in your reality.
Hold compassion,
Release judgment,
And then hold the intention to release this energy or to balance it out.
Using your breath,
Inhale and exhale to release.
Now to wrap up all of the shadow aspects we just went through,
Take another big inhale through the belly,
Breathe in and exhale,
Belly contracts,
Pushing all the air out,
Giving you that refreshed energy,
Releasing everything that needed to be released.
And now we're going to embrace the strengths of Capricorn energy.
So the first energy is self-discipline in a healthy way.
Self-discipline.
And you could always replace this word with accountability if you would like.
So breathe in this energy.
Where will self-discipline help you in a balanced way,
Achieving your goals and enjoying life?
Connect to that energy of self-discipline or accountability.
Using your breath,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Beautiful.
And the next strength of Capricorn is ambition,
Healthy ambition,
Balanced ambition.
Breathe that in,
Connect with the energy.
Beautiful.
And you could always replace this word as well with drive if that feels more resonant with you,
But connect to these energies,
Ambition or drive.
And you might bring to awareness in your heart or in your mind where you can realign with your own ambitions or your own drive,
Where you can really ignite that fire again.

And the next strength of Capricorn is perseverance,
Perseverance.
Connect to that energy with your breath.
And where in your life right now are you using perseverance to stay committed,
To stay optimistic,
To stay focused?
Honor that within yourself,
Connect to this energy,
Breathe it in.

And the last one is responsibility.
Breathing responsibility,
The energy of responsibility in,
Connecting with it.
Are you benefiting from responsibility?
And you can have gratitude in this moment.
You can honor the responsibilities that you're upholding right now,
Or maybe even recommit to some responsibilities that you need to refocus on.

Remember to have compassion towards yourself,
Release any judgments.
This is about balancing out these energies in a healthy way.

Connect to responsibility with your breath,

Embracing it,
And breathing out.
