The focus of this course is to inspire and empower you when you want to create change or transformation in your life, or if you are looking at moving into a new beginning. There can also be times when change has happened to you, yet perhaps you’re not quite sure how to begin again. Change, even when it’s something we want, can bring up fears and our minds can keep us playing small. This course is designed to help build your inner confidence and courage so that you feel supported and empowered to step into the new, and to move out of your comfort zone, and one of the goals of this course is to help you overcome old limiting beliefs or patterns that hold you back. You will also uncover your unique qualities, natural gifts, and support structures that can maximize your potential and what you offer the world, because you are here for a reason, and we want to ignite that inner light and fire within you, so you can step into your potential, and to feel grounded in a place of self-belief. During the course, you will experience, meditations, journaling activities as well as different energetic techniques to assist you to shift your energy, vibration, and your belief in yourself. It’s about stepping into your own inner power, so you can show up to life’s opportunities, with authenticity and a sense of flow and ease. It aims to help you feel ready for anything.


Meet your Teacher

Sacha Stewart is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, kinesiologist, mind-body medicine practitioner, and transformational life coach. She is dedicated to holistic wellbeing since she discovered all the ways it transformed her own life, and is passionate about sharing these tools with others. She consults for corporate businesses, in workshops, small groups, and private 1:1 sessions for personal growth and development, bringing her combined knowledge to support and inspire you to create balance from within, and in your daily life. Sacha is a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher through Melbourne Meditation Centre, is a member of the Meditation Association of Australia, plus a certified 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher through The Practice Bali Yoga. She holds a double diploma in Kinesiology and Mind-Body Medicine from the College of Complementary Medicine, and is a Certified Coach through Wellcoaches USA.

Lesson 1

Change & The Brain

In this lesson, you will learn what confidence is, and why it is an energy that can be cultivated within you, and how action, not perfectionism, is vital when you want to create change. You will gain an understanding of how the brain works when facing challenges or the unknown, as well as do a practice to set an intention to show up for yourself and take a step forward.

Lesson 2

How To View Fear Differently

In this lesson, you will learn what fear is and why it is very natural when you are wanting to get out of your comfort zone. You will gain an understanding of why your fears sometimes hold you back, and how you can begin to look at them differently so you can begin to move past them; as well as why fear can actually be one of your greatest gifts, and be a sign that you’re facing the right direction. You will also do a practice to start to question your fears.

Lesson 3

Understand Your Limiting Beliefs

In this lesson, you will learn where your limiting beliefs come from and how they can keep you stagnant and stuck in your life, holding you back from stepping you into your true potential. You will understand how you can notice that they are there, and how you can begin to question them, begin to dismantle them, as well as change the neuropathways of the brain. You will also learn the three keys to lasting change as well as do a practice to notice your own limiting thoughts and begin to shift them.

Lesson 4

The Power Of Your Words

In this lesson, you will learn the power of your words on your mental and physical body, as well as how they can affect your life and how you show up I the world. You will learn how to reframe your thoughts and beliefs, and become the observer of your language so you can use more empowering statements and affirmations. This will allow you to reframe your old patterns and begin to change the conversation.

Lesson 5

The Fire Of Transformation Meditation

In this lesson, you will learn about the solar plexus as a power center, both in terms of confidence and courage, as well as transformation. You will experience a meditation that helps you dissolve old patterns and fears, as well as bring in your new positive affirmation that you created in the previous lesson. It is a powerful practice to build will, determination, inner strength, and certainty.

Lesson 6

Understanding My Strengths + Support System

In this lesson, you will identify your natural strengths, your unrealized strengths, and what supports you in your life; and how tapping into these can help you to thrive and feel more confident. You will do a practice to recognize what gives you energy, and what detracts from it, so you can start to move towards what is going to give you the best possible support system to realizing your potential.

Lesson 7

The Emotional Stress Release Techique

In this lesson, I will share a technique with you called the Emotional Stress Release Technique for Emotional Freedom. This is particularly helpful with shifting anxiety over past events. It’s a way to see new options and alternatives to the old stories and can help you to anchor in your new positive beliefs. It’s also beneficial in those little emergency moments where you might be feeling overwhelmed and want to bring yourself back to center.

Lesson 8

Tips For Instant Confidence

In this lesson, you will learn some tips for instant confidence, as well as the power of your body language and how it affects the way you feel about yourself. You will learn how to shift your posture to create an instantaneous positive impact on your state of mind. I also share with you techniques to shift your energetic vibration, as well as a short grounding practice so you can be centered and calm and ready for anything that comes your way.

Visualizing My Future Self

In this lesson, you will learn how one of the most powerful ways to have greater belief in yourself is to visualize yourself already doing what you want to accomplish - why it helps your mind to believe that what you want to create is possible, and how in essence you’re preparing your body and mind to take those steps in real life. You will also do a future self-visualization meditation practice.

Lesson 10

Connect To Your Light & Forward Movement

In this lesson, you will learn how preparation is vital, what to do when you have a setback, why you should acknowledge small wins, as well as write a letter of commitment to yourself of continuous action moving forward. You will understand that while change is difficult, it can also be incredibly exciting, opening up your world, bringing in new people, new possibilities, and serving as an invitation for your own personal growth. You will finish with a short meditation practice to connect to your light from within.
