Hello and welcome to this guided sleep meditation.

A dream journey into nature.

Make yourself comfortable in your bed.

Lie down on your back with your arms resting loosely by your sides.

Gently close your eyes and let go of the day.

It's time to focus on yourself.

Take a moment to settle in and become aware of the space around you.

Feel how your body rests on the mattress supported by it.

You are safe.

You are held.

Now it's all about you.

Take a few deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

With each breath you draw in calmness and serenity and with each exhale you release tension and stress.

Feel your body becoming heavier with each exhale as all the weight of the day falls away from you.

Breathe in deeply once more and let go of all the heaviness with your exhale.

Imagine you are standing barefoot on a warm soft forest floor.

It's a mid-summer evening and the air is pleasantly cool.

A gentle breeze caresses your skin.

You feel the soft moss under your feet cool and gentle.

You look around and see the last rays of the evening sun dancing through the tall tree canopies,

Bathing everything in a golden light.

The leaves rustle softly in the wind and you hear the faint chirping of birds preparing for the night.

You begin to walk through the forest.

Each step takes you deeper into the peaceful place,

Into the tranquility of nature.

With each step you release more and more of your thoughts.

Everything that has preoccupied you today can stay here.

Here there's only you,

The gentle nature and this moment of calm.

As you continue walking you hear the gentle sound of water in the distance.

You follow this soothing sound and soon the forest opens up to a small clearing.

Before you lies a clear tranquil lake and the water so still that it reflects the sky and the surrounding trees like a mirror.

You sit down by the edge of the lake and dip your feet into the water.

It is pleasantly cool and clear.

You feel the water washing away any remaining tension,

Making your body light and free.

You gaze at the smooth surface of the lake and see the evening sky reflected in soft hues of pink,

Blue and gold.

A few birds silently glide over the water.

Everything is still.

Everything is peaceful.

You feel completely connected to this place.

Feel the calmness enveloping you.

It spreads throughout your entire body,

From your feet up to your head.

Your breathing becomes slower and deeper.

Your heart beats gently and relaxed.

You are here,

Fully present,

Far from all the thoughts that usually occupy you.

Imagine that every breath you take is like a gentle wave flowing through your body,

Carrying away every last trace of tension.

You breathe in calmness and serenity and exhale everything you no longer need.

Slowly the sky begins to darken and the first stars appear.

They shimmer on the surface of the lake,

Making the water look like a sparkling starry carpet.

You look up at the sky and feel connected to the stars,

To the universe,

To all that is greater than yourself.

A gentle silvery light blankets the forest and you.

It's as if the entire place wraps you in a It's as if the entire place wraps you in a protective warm cover.

You are safe,

You are held.

This light fills you with peace and stillness.

It flows through you,

Calming your mind and bringing tranquility to your heart.

As you sit there watching the stars,

You feel your body becoming heavier,

More tired and relaxed.

It's as if the forest itself is rocking you to sleep.

You feel so light,

So calm.

Everything that has troubled you can now rest.

All your thoughts can smooth out and settle.

You are here,

In harmony with yourself.

There is nothing more you need to do now.

You are allowed to simply be,

To let go.

Allow your breathing to flow naturally,

Deep and calm.

Imagine the forest and the starlight gently rocking you,

Like a warm blanket enveloping you.

You slowly drift into the world of sleep.

You are safe,

You are loved and you are allowed to sink into a deep,

Restful slumber.

Let the calmness and nature around you carry you.

You are held and all is well.

Sleep well and have sweet dreams.
