Printer Sounds ASMR

Another experimental recording. This time of my printer in my home office.

It may seem bizarre, but I actually really enjoy this sound. there are others out there who also enjoy listening to printers.

The sound can bring about an ASMR response. ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response; a term used to describe a tingling, static-like, or goosebumps sensations.

For me, I just find the rhyme sound of the printer very calming.

My theory is that it's because it is not too dissimilar to a clock ticking.

The focus for this isn't really meditation ... it's more just a sound I think some people may enjoy and appreciate listening to.

Wow I did not expect a printer to be calming but here we are. actually if you think about it kinda sounds like a clock

I wouldn't usually think of printers as restful, quite the opposite actually 😅, but I see what you mean, I like the rhythm.
