Heartfulness Cleaning Meditation is done in the evenings, or after all the days work is completed as means of relaxing or centering yourself. This meditation is typically done for 15 to 30 minutes, however, can also be taken for a short time duration. During this cleaning practice, we use our will to remove stress, tension, and negative vibrations, impressions or impurities, from the physical and energetic body.

Hello everyone,

Welcome to day two to the second element of the heartfulness practice.

We like to call it cleaning or rejuvenation.

What is the relation between cleaning and rejuvenation?

It is like concentration and meditation.

Meditation produces a state of concentration.

Cleaning rejuvenates us.

It is a by-product.

It is the result.

I think it is one of the most important elements of meditation.
