Meditation Timer OnlineRaydene (Ray) is a strength, yoga and acroyoga teacher. Her classes are grounding and playful with a focus on mobility and mind-body connection. Before moving to Cape Cod, she taught yoga and acroyoga classes and workshops throughout New York City. When she's not teaching movement, breath work and meditation, you'll find her designing websites as RSH Design or promoting arts and artists as the Special Projects Coordinator at the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod.
