Transcript

Take a moment to settle in.

Close your eyes and take three deep cleansing breaths.

Ensure your spine is long and you can breathe with ease.

Begin by checking in with your abdomen.

Is there any squeezing,

Clenching,

Holding,

Any restriction?

Soften the space and let it fully relax as you breathe.

Draw your breath into your belly as you breathe in and out.

Allow your awareness to stay with the natural rise and fall.

With each breath,

Your belly rises on the inhale and effortlessly falls on the exhale.

Feel this natural rise and fall with each and every breath.

Feel the air as it travels in and out of your body through your nose.

Notice the cool air coming in through your nose down into your lungs.

And the warm air leave your nose on your exhale.

Imagine nourishment pouring into you on each breath in.

Allow any stress,

Tension,

Or stress to leave with each breath out.

Simply breathe.

Simply be.

You're welcome to stay here as long as you'd like.

And when you're ready,

I'll start to bring some movement back to your body.

Gently opening your eyes and returning to your day.
