This short meditation will help you relax and clear your mind.

Take a moment to sit comfortably.

Whenever you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Good.

Imagine a golden white light the size of a dime in the center of your forehead.

Focus on the light expanding.

As it expands,

It begins to push out all things that do not serve you.

Your inner dialogue begins to quiet.

You feel calmer.

You are safe.

Take a deep breath in of peace and release anything other than peace.

This light now expands and radiates way beyond your physical headspace,

Clearing away any residual debris.

Take a deep breath in of peace and release anything other than peace.

You are breathing deeper now.

This light remains with you throughout your day and night.

Your mind is clear.
