This is a light sparkler meditation.
May it serve you in all the best ways.
So take a moment to allow yourself to relax wherever you are.
Wherever you are receiving this,
Soften your body.
Just allow a few gentle breaths,
No special way to breathe.
Allow yourself to soften and relax,
Perhaps saying a gentle affirmation,
Here I am and all is well.
In this meditation,
We'll expand our light and our possibility,
Calling in greater ease and abundance.
We start with the heart.
Here in this moment,
You might want to place a hand on your heart and another on your belly and just gently breathe.
In and out,
All is well.
All is well.
And on the inhale,
Begin to draw in fresh,
Recharged oxygen into your body.
And on the exhale,
Let go of stale energy,
Stagnant energy,
Used up energy.
Let it go.
On the inhale,
Fresh,
Cleansed,
Charged,
Rejuvenated energy.
And on the exhale,
Stale,
Stagnant,
Dormant energy.
So now consider yourself for a moment.
Here you are receiving this meditation.
You are right here as you allow yourself to relax deeper.
Let yourself visualize the vastness of the universe and your place in that space.
You are here,
Part of a beautiful,
Mysterious,
Creative,
Loving universe.
You are a part of that.
And this meditation is supporting you in making that connection and really allowing your energy to be empowered,
Emboldened,
Enlivened by the life force energy,
The universal energy field that is all around us at all times.
Allow yourself to breathe in this fresh,
Cleansed,
Charged,
Empowered energy and exhale any old stories,
Any old energy,
Stale,
Stagnant energy.
Let it go.
And as you continue your breath work,
Allow your heart beats to lead you into the feeling of bigger and bigger,
Expanded awareness.
You're right here.
You're right here with me.
We are together in this meditation.
And your energy is expanding outward.
Greater like a tide.
Going out into that creative energy of the universe and calling in bits of energy,
Stardust,
Empowerment,
Abundance,
Delight.
What else do you want to grab with your tidal-like breath,
With your energy?
What else do you want to call in to your sweetheart?
You can do this now and at any time with your breath and your intention.
So with your deeper breath and your very relaxed body and your beating heart,
You allow your energy to expand out and touch the essence of what it is that you are wanting.
And then you bring that in just like a tide,
Just like a wave.
And as you recharge and renew and feel the regenerative effects of that,
You can imagine now putting out light,
Shining out sparkles of light all around you.
At the same time,
You're charging yourself up.
You're also shining yourself,
Shining your light out.
You're like a beautiful fountain of light.
Gently,
Gently inhale and exhale.
And you can stay this way.
It's a beautiful way to connect to yourself and the universe and get focused and centered any time.
