Evening Reflection - Raga Yaman - Traditional Dhrupad Alaap
Come on a musical sound journey with traditional Indian vocals in Raga Yaman - an evening melody. It is sung in dhrupad, which is the oldest form of Indian Classical music in North India and is considered Nāda Yoga - the yoga of sound. The vocals are sung with special syllables based on the mantra "Om Sri Ananta Hari Narayana." The improvised melody travels through the chakra system to bring harmony, joy, and happiness.
