This is a gentle and life affirming exercise for exploring how lovingkindness moves organically though connection with others. I merely wish to invite you to participate in exploration with me, but you can be comfortable knowing that you don't have to try to do anything. This meditation practice combines reflections of loving kindness and guidance for mindfulness and self inquiry. There is no music in the background. The session is completed with the sound of a bell.
