A Practical Prayer for My Perfect Weight

I speak this practical prayer for perfect weight for myself in the first person,

And I invite you to take it for yourself also in the first person.

There is only God,

The one infinite creator,

Which has brought everything into form.

No matter where I look,

All I see is the loving creation of this one.

All distinct and different,

And all good in its own special and specific way.

When I look in the mirror,

I also see the loving creation of this one.

I am God's love taking form in this body,

This living,

Moving,

Changing,

Adaptable,

And perfectly designed body.

I know that my body is continuously changing,

Renewing,

Growing,

And developing.

So now,

By action of this prayer,

I choose to more fully experience the harmony,

Balance,

And physical perfection that are my birthright.

I claim my perfect weight.

I claim my perfect size and shape.

And I know that everything in my experience moves and shifts to support this new,

Grander expression of God's perfection as my body.

Nothing stands in the way of this transformation.

I let go of any mental blockage or obstruction,

Allowing it to resolve and dissolve into the nothingness from which it came.

These joyous,

Healthy,

And happy changes to my body happen immediately and continue to unfold in a way that fully supports my perfect health,

Vitality,

And comfort.

I am grateful for this delightful shift,

For the healing which is the revealing of the true me.

This truth is spoken,

And it is done.

And so it is.
