A Practical Prayer For Harmony & Balance

This Practical Prayer follows a specific formula, which was distilled from the effective prayers done in all major religions. Professional practitioners of healing prayer have proven the formula effective over the course of many decades.

I speak this practical prayer for harmony and balance in the first person,

And I invite you to take it for yourself also in the first person.

There is only one,

One power,

One mind,

One intelligence that created everything in the world around me.

It began with nothing in darkness and void,

And brilliantly brought forth all the rich range of forms and forces that I experience.

Because everything came from the One,

All must by its nature fit perfectly in its place within the whole.

This is the divine harmony and balance of all of creation.

I am part of this creation,

So I too must fit into it in perfect balance and harmony.

Every cell in my body is in harmony,

Within itself,

With all of the surrounding cells and tissues and fluids and organs of my body,

And with everything in my environment.

This harmony and balance is the perfect health which is my birthright,

The natural order intended for my experience.

Anything that appears to obstruct or interfere with this perfect health and harmony is a temporary distraction and is not the truth.

I allow my mind and body to return easily and immediately to harmony,

Health,

And comfort.

I am thankful for the divine goodness,

Grateful to live each moment in balance and harmony.

It is with gratitude for this goodness that I speak this word of truth,

Knowing that it is made manifest without hesitation.

And so it is.

The ideas are fantastic, and made me feel really good. It made me feel part of the universe.

However, it is so fast! The speaker sounds really pressured and it’s hard to keep up with the thoughts. It really needs to be about five or six minutes long with exactly the same words in it.
