Imagine this: standing tall and proud at the top of one of the world’s most iconic peaks, surrounded by a group of extraordinary women who’ve had your back every step of the way. This isn’t just about climbing a mountain. It’s about becoming the kind of person who believes in their own strength no matter what life throws at them. When you stand at the base of this mountain, you might feel nervous, unsure, or even a little intimidated. But day by day, you’ll watch yourself do things you didn’t think you could. You’ll see your mindset shift from “I hope I can” to “I KNOW I can.” That kind of proof doesn’t fade... it changes the way you show up in every part of your life. You will build unshakable confidence. Every challenge on the mountain becomes evidence that you are capable of more than you thought. When you’ve made it through the freezing summit night and stood at 19,341 feet... job interviews, tough conversations, and big life changes will feel different because you’ll know you can do hard things. You will reconnect with joy and community. Between the challenge, there’s laughter, play, and connection. You’ll remember what it feels like to be fully present and alive while surrounded by a community who will cheer you on, cry with you, feel with you, and boost you up when things get tough! These friendships will stay strong long after the retreat is over. You will rewrite your inner story. The trek will bring up fears, doubts, and old beliefs about your limits. Together, we’ll face them head on and replace them with a new narrative: I am strong. I am capable. I am worthy. You will master resilience. Your journey begins and ends at Brubru Lodge, a charming lodge nestled in the foothills of Moshi, Tanzania. Featuring spacious private and twin rooms, cozy lounge areas, a peaceful pool, and a garden sanctuary, Brubru offers full-board meals made with fresh local ingredients - perfect for grounding before and after the climb. During your ascent along the Lemosho Route, accommodation transitions to traditional high-altitude camping. Each night is spent in a shared well-appointed tent (2 to a tent) - comfortably sized and equipped with cots and sleeping mats. Our experienced crew handles everything: pitching and breaking down camps, shared dining tents with seating, and healthy group meals prepared on-site. Toilet facilities are simple but clean at each camp, with fresh water stations for handwashing.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be well-fed with hearty, nourishing meals designed to keep you energized for every step of the journey. At Brubru Lodge and along the Lemosho Route, our chefs provide fresh, locally sourced food prepared daily. Breakfasts include tea, coffee, hot chocolate, porridge, toast with margarine, jams, peanut butter, and honey, plus eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruits like mango, banana, watermelon, avocado, and pineapple. Lunches feature warming vegetable soup, fresh bread with spreads, a variety of fresh salads (tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot), and main dishes such as sandwiches, chicken, rice, green beans, and French fries. Afternoon snacks like peanuts, popcorn, and biscuits are offered between meals. In the evenings, dinners include soups such as pumpkin or butternut, a mix of vegetables, bread, and hearty mains like beef, chicken, cooked banana, pasta, rice, and potatoes alongside fresh fruit and salads. **Special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

Schedule

Over the course of 10 days, this retreat blends adventure with intentional inner work. We’ll begin and end at Brubru Lodge in Moshi, with time to ground, connect, and integrate. The heart of the retreat is an 8-day guided trek along the scenic Lemosho Route, where each day includes morning movement or meditation, full days of hiking, and evening practices like journaling, breathwork, or guided reflection to help you process the journey—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You'll be supported by an experienced team of female guides, porters, and chefs, with all meals, tents, and gear included. Expect meaningful connection with fellow participants, New Moon intention setting, and spaciousness to explore your own transformation—step by step, summit or not. See below for daily schedule.

2 nights at Brubru Lodge in Moshi before and after the trek - includes breakfast.

8 Days trekking on the Lemosho Route of Mt. Kilimanjaro - one of the more off the beaten path routes.

Delicious and balanced meals while trekking to fuel your body and soul. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.

Airport pick up and drop off at Kilimanjaro International Airport on official retreat start and end days.

Camping equipment during the trek - sleeping tents (4 person tents that sleep 2), eating tents, table & chairs, private toilet, crew tents and kitchen tents)

Training Program - I'll guide you through a training program to help you get physically and mentally ready for the mountain (even starting at sea level you'll be ready for that elevation!)

Group calls before and after the retreat so we can begin opening up and connecting before the retreat officially begins and have on-going support after the retreat ends.

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
