Join Carolyn Anne Budgell for a nourishing spring retreat designed to support deep rest, gentle release and renewed clarity at Bloom, near Toronto, Ontario. As a child, Carolyn spent many summers in Ontario visiting family, and she feels deeply grateful to return in a new and meaningful way this spring - to gather in community and share the practices that have most profoundly supported her own healing, grounding and growth. Set along the water and surrounded by forest, Bloom Holistic Retreat Centre naturally invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Over the course of this 3-night, 4-day retreat near Toronto, you'll be guided through thoughtfully curated experiences designed to calm the nervous system, replenish energy and create space for insight and renewal. Whether you're feeling stretched thin, standing at the threshold of a new season in life, or simply craving a few days to breathe more deeply, The Slow Return offers a welcoming space to show up exactly as you are and remember what it feels like to move through life with greater ease.

Beyond your room, you'll enjoy access to Bloom's stunning wellness spaces, including a bright and spacious yoga studio fully equipped with premium props, as well as a 1,700-square-foot outdoor practice deck immersed in nature. Every detail has been carefully considered to support your comfort, well-being and connection to the land.

Each meal is well balanced and includes protein, to keep our guests feeling satisfied and nourished. In alignment with our commitment to sustainability, we implement practices such as composting and sourcing ingredients from eco-conscious suppliers. This approach not only minimizes waste but also promotes environmental stewardship. * Bloom offers set daily vegetarian menus, with gluten-free and dairy-free options upon request. While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, our kitchen is not certified allergen-free.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 90 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 90 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 90 days before the retreat begins.
