Details

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to become so consumed by our routines that we lose sight of where we are and where we’re headed. Taking a step back to pause and reflect becomes not just a luxury but a necessity. Over time, even the spiritual practices that once held deep meaning for us can slip away, leaving us feeling disconnected and drained. That’s why retreats are so vital—they offer us the chance to recharge, reboot, and realign with what truly matters. Imagine immersing yourself in a serene and beautiful setting, like the tranquil Drumalis Retreat Centre. Here, you’ll find ample space for practice, moments of profound silence, and the gift of uninterrupted time. This special retreat will provide the perfect opportunity to read, reflect, and gently rediscover your inner joy. Mark your calendar for Joy in November 2025—a time to ease into renewal and reconnect with your deepest self.

It was really lovely, I genuinely enjoyed all of it. It helped me relax completely. I want to explore this way of being more. My room was beautiful. The views over the garden were stunning.

Melissa Joyce, UK

I liked the mixture of different styles of meditation /mindful practice, the permission to opt-out, no pressure, no judgment. Loved the whole program options and choices. Private room, very clean, lovely location. It was wonderful nurturing and supportive, thank you Bridgeen.

Julie, UK

I liked all of the program, loved the time given to walking and private time. I found the silence difficult at the start during meals but felt it was beneficial. I liked the food and the clean tidy room and the peaceful ambiance. Enjoyed the experience, it helped me to relax and taught me to love and be kind to myself so I can do this for others.
