Let Go & Rise: Release & Renew Transformational Healing Retreat Step away from the noise, the expectations, and the patterns that have kept you carrying what you no longer need. Set in the peaceful mountains of Pennsylvania, Let Go & Rise is an intimate 4-day transformational healing retreat created for those ready to release emotional weight from the past and reconnect with their purpose, passion, confidence, and personal power. This is more than a getaway or traditional wellness retreat. It is a deeply restorative space to slow down, reflect, release, and create meaningful inner change—without having to relive or retell every painful experience. Through Time Line Therapy™, NLP-based transformational practices, mindfulness, meditation, restorative yoga, Reiki, subconscious healing, and intentional reflection, you’ll be guided to release emotional patterns such as anger, sadness, guilt, shame, regret, and fear while creating new possibilities for how you see yourself and your future. You’ll have space to: • Release emotional and mental patterns that may be keeping you stuck • Let go of limiting beliefs and outdated stories • Reconnect with your inner wisdom and sense of direction • Cultivate greater self-trust, confidence, peace, and clarity • Create practical tools and insights you can carry home with you • Rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in nature What makes Let Go & Rise unique is the combination of deep transformational work and spacious restoration. You won’t spend the entire retreat “doing the work.” There is room to breathe, be still, explore nature, journal, meditate, soak, laugh around a bonfire, and simply experience what it feels like to slow down. Come as you are. Leave with less to carry—and more space to become who you’re ready to be. This is your invitation to release what no longer serves you, renew your relationship with yourself, and rise into your next chapter.
