Testimonials

info

I honestly don’t have words big enough for what this retreat gave me. Practising yoga at sunset on the deck overlooking the river with Stace, bathed in deep red African skies while giraffes wandered quietly past watching us as we watched them back... it felt absolutely surreal ...

Being held in Stacey’s gentle, safe presence allowed me to soften, surrender, and release so much of what I had been carrying in my heart and body. I felt this deeply through both her sound journey and her embodiment yoga. I felt safe to share what arose during the process and to unpack it even further beyond the class. I highly recommend Stacey’s offerings to anyone who is open to going deep, feeling freer in life, and truly returning to themselves. Thank you, Stacey, from the bottom of my heart and soul, for supporting me and my healing in such a transformative way 🤍
