This 22-day immersive program is designed to take you on a journey of both personal transformation and professional growth. The first module, an 8-day Breathwork Intensive Retreat, provides a sacred space to explore conscious breathing as a tool for release, emotional healing, and inner peace. Participants will experience deep self-inquiry, trauma awareness practices, and the rejuvenating power of guided breathwork, yoga, and meditation. The second module, a 14-day Facilitator Training, equips you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to hold space for others on their healing journeys. Through hands-on training, trauma-sensitive facilitation, and mentorship, you’ll learn how to guide individuals safely and compassionately through breathwork and trauma healing practices.
