The Hidden Words Part I, From The Arabic - Number 3

The Hidden Words is one of the most important works in Bahá’í literature and one of the most beautiful. It is a compilation of spiritually potent verses described as a “treasury of mysteries” and “the essence of that which hath descended from the realm of glory, uttered by the tongue of power and might, and revealed unto the Prophets of old.”

Hidden Word #3 from the Arabic:

“O Son of Man!
Veiled in My immemorial being and in the ancient eternity of My essence, I knew My love for thee; therefore I created thee, have engraved on thee Mine image and revealed to thee My beauty.”
