An invitation to slow down and soften. This gentle practice combines myofascial release and restorative yin to help release physical tension and settle the mind. Working with breath and stillness, we’ll unwind common areas of holding and invite the body into a state of ease and recovery. This class supports the release of accumulated stress, helps calm anxiety, and encourages a natural transition into deep rest and sleep. Props: Two myofascial balls or tennis balls, a foam roller, a bolster or pillow, blocks, and a blanket or larger towel (no worries if you don't have all the props). This is a recording from a live event focusing on the hips. *Please note: Because this practice encourages deep rest and sleep, please do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery. Additionally, while this class helps calm anxiety, it is not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care.*
