Studies have found that using Mantra, or words of affirmation for 10- 15 minutes daily can lower stress levels, and decrease symptoms of anxiety & depression. Use this 10 minute seated practice for times when you need to recharge your battery, and calm your mind. You might also try this practice while you are out for a walk, connecting your breath & your mantra with each step. Soft music plays throughout this meditation, with around 2 minutes of silence near the end, and a chime to signal the end of the recording. Don’t worry if your mind wanders during this practice, simply notice the thought, and then guide your mind back to your breathing and back to your mantra. Enjoy!
