A readable moon over snow, sky still pale, pines in the dark below. Late light, not a black night. Twenty minutes of 210 Hz, one even tone the color of that blue-pink hour on the peaks. Lights-out. If you come back up, start from the top. Keep it for the nights the mountains still have light on them and you only want the moon and a frequency in the room.
