Welcome back to your meditation practice In today's practice,

We're going to dedicate this one to melting the walls around the heart space Let's begin by getting seated in a comfortable position Spine nice and straight Your tailbone nice and elevated Instead of slouching Jaw relaxed Eyes rolled in and up Shoulders nice and low And just release any tension in your body Relaxing into your seat Let's begin by doing a few box breaths In a moment,

I will guide you through several of them In a box breath,

We will retain the breath after the inhale,

As well as retaining and holding our breath after the exhale Creating a box with our breath Let's exhale right now to coordinate and synchronize Exhale,

Emptying your tank Taking a deep breath in 2,

3,

4,

5 Hold your inhale 2,

3,

5 Exhaling through your nose or mouth 3,

4,

5 Now hold your breath 2,

5 Breathing in 2,

3,

4,

5 Hold your inhale 2,

3 Notice any shift in your body,

In your presence It only takes a very short time to reset the system And now let's bring this relaxed state And bringing your full presence into the space in your chest Will you allow yourself a few moments to check into this sacred space We give so much attention to the entire world outside of us The distractions Connecting to the most important space,

Which is the heart space Just staying with this space,

Bringing your attention together with your intention to activate this space today This higher intelligence The center of your energy field and the portal to the life that you desire Breathing into this space Staying with your heart I invite you to check in Truly listening to the voice in your heart Turning off your mind And asking,

How are you doing today?

And as you hear your heart,

As you open the door to listen I invite you to ask a further probing question What do you need more of today?

And the third question You might ask your heart space The most brilliant connection to your soul What gets in the way of me doing this today?

That I might be aware of And as we breathe into this center I want you to imagine or feel into if you're not as visual Some of us put fences around our heart Tune into your heart space And let's set the intention to melt these walls Think about the one person in your life who opens your heart the most You're allowed to pick whatever comes up first And just tune into this person's energy Who is it that activates your heart?

And notice any shift in your heart space As you picture their face,

Their smile,

Their laughter Picture that person in their most glorious,

Happiest state And they're running towards you How does it feel in your heart space?

Can you feel the openness?

When you feel gratitude for this person,

For these people What if they could melt this first wall around your heart?

Allow this activated energy to gently and surely A little sparklier The most beautiful space you've ever visited The most magical place A beach or the mountains Your favorite place on earth And just for a moment,

Indulge yourself By pretending that you're there right now How do you feel in your heart space?

What do you feel?

Imagine the earth in your toes The wind on your face The smell of the air The natural sounds in the environment How do you feel in your heart space right now?

Consciously replicating that feeling To take away one more wall around your heart Feel like a dimmer switch that keeps going up in your heart space Feel the flow of energy through your body That is activated when your heart is opened And expanding Was always designed to feel As you liberate it As you set it free And now picturing the most tranquil,

Relaxed state you've ever been in A place where you accessed the greatest peace The greatest level of inner power That experience of yourself at your fullest,

Deepest And allow your body to feel the feeling From the bottom of your feet to the top of your head Back in that state What did you remember in that moment?

As you're able to go,

All always available to you When you bring your conscious awareness To them Allowing the greatest love The greatest experiences of your life To remind you of life with an open heart Of your highest self Your highest way of being in the world Stay with this expanded state in your heart Enjoy it Allow it to take you over It is safe to live with a heart open It is brave And it is truly the path to the life That you most deeply desire Remember this feeling as you go about your day Taking moments to slow down And to reconnect with this heart space Consciously,

Moment after moment It's in the slowing down That we actually go faster I invite you to place your hands on your heart Or in prayer position And just take in all this love Towards yourself Feel into all this love in your heart And really lock it in for yourself Thank you for taking this time out for yourself And for joining me today I will leave the music on for a couple more moments And we will see you again next time
