Since discovering meditation at the age of 10, Quinn has been interested in helping others to heal their body, mind, and spirit. She's carried the practices of yoga and meditation with her all over the world, guiding others to the ever-present home of peace and connectivity within themselves. Quinn holds a bilingual (French and English) Bachelor of Science in Nursing, additional education in Nutrition, Functional Medicine, and addictions. She is certified as a yoga and advanced meditation instructor.
