This is Rasa.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
This meditation was inspired by a vision I saw in a dream state.
The experiences that followed this vision were truly miraculous and life-changing.
All this happened at the beginning of my spiritual awakening and living life with awareness.
I am thankful I can share this with you,
My beautiful soul.
So here we go.
Take a few moments to settle yourself into a comfortable position.
You may wish to be seated or laying down.
Any position you feel drawn to is the right one.
When you feel ready,
Gently close your beautiful eyes.
Connection to your breath and body is an important part.
So welcome yourself into its embrace.
Surrender.
Focus your attention to the sound and sensation of your breathing.
Listening to the soft sounds as it flows through your body.
The subtle change from each inhalation to each exhalation.
Let yourself experience the gentle rise and fall of your chest and belly with each breath in and out.
As you experience each breath,
Notice how this rhythmic flow has a calming effect on both your body and your mind.
Gently anchoring your awareness into your body and into the present moment.
Each time you breathe out,
Have a sense of letting go.
Releasing and relaxing all the thoughts or tensions of the day.
Feel your body softening.
Surrendering that little bit more with each breath.
All the different muscles of your body are releasing and relaxing.
Any tension simply melts away with each gift of the breath.
Feel your shoulders relaxing down.
The expression on your face softening.
Your fingers and toes becoming loose and relaxed now.
Releasing your hold as you allow yourself to surrender into your position.
Notice any tension from your mind,
Any worries from the day,
Slowly melting away with the breath.
Allowing your thoughts to gently fade into the background of the mind as you become more present and focused.
Mindfully tuning yourself into the frequency of meditation.
Opening yourself to the subtle perception of energy that flows both within and all around you.
Float yourself into a room that looks like it has no beginning and no end.
Observe it like a spectator from a distance in a theatre.
In this space,
Right in the middle,
There seems to be a soft,
Gentle spotlight.
The cosmic energy of consciousness that forms our very fabric of self giving us life and connecting us to all other living creatures is present throughout this whole space.
It has invited you here for a reason.
There is a purpose here.
The room is not that far from your inner vision.
See a person stand there under the spotlight.
Look closer.
That person is you.
Now move your awareness into your body that is under the spotlight.
Feel the soft light on you.
On your face.
Feel the spotlight intensify slightly.
Not so much in its light but in its pull.
Feel it to begin to pull you up.
Little more now.
Even more pulling you up.
Feel a fraction of your lower part of your body lift off the ground as the light keeps pulling you up and in.
Surrender.
Let yourself be lifted.
As you trust and allow more,
Feel to lift up a little higher.
Feel to begin to float gently in the spotlight.
Tap into the subtle sensation of the universal energy within the light,
Connecting and uniting both body and mind.
Powering the many intricate layers of self.
Your physical self.
Your energetic self.
Your emotional self.
Your cognitive self.
And your spiritual self.
This is the life force that animates and guides you.
It is the energy that flows in the space between the thoughts.
The force that binds the atoms of each and every cell.
It is the life within the air you breathe and float.
Through the spotlight above you,
Right where the light is coming from,
Begin to see something form.
Something being born within the light.
A shimmering DNA helix begins to form and slowly emerge from the light.
Feel yourself float as you watch the perfect double DNA helix rotate above you.
Shimmering in various electric colours and other micro details that you can begin to make out now as it is slowly,
Slowly landing closer above you.
It is emitting new energy that you have never felt before.
Tune into it.
It is unique to it and your experience.
Only you know and can describe what this feels like to you right now.
Just as a flower reaches to the sunlight,
Welcoming in the light it needs to bloom,
You feed off this energy that flows from the perfect DNA helix and the energy of the space around you.
Inviting this energy in with each breath.
Feel it as you float suspended.
Feel as you are being pulled up into the light and the DNA helix landing closer onto you.
Feel the helix float so close to your head.
Your scalp begins to react.
Feel a gentle,
Energetic presence on your skin on the top of your head.
It is so powerful.
It feels like your brain is about to melt and your neck to flop from the deepest relaxation yet.
To come in contact with the DNA helix,
Relax 5% more.
Float up a tiny bit higher.
And here it is.
The contact.
A cascade of energy floats down from your head into your whole body.
Spreading,
Reaching out to each and every cell in your body.
Nourishing you with fresh energy,
Full of life and potential.
Feel the energetic shift taking place.
Each and every cell is subtly altering its vibration as it welcomes this new flux of energy.
Try harmonising your energetic frequency to align with this flow.
Feel your whole body softly humming with new,
Positively altered life force.
Filling you with both peace and energy.
And as you bathe in this energetic experience,
Feel your consciousness being transported as though you are one with this energy and have travelled with it to the source.
Suspended in an energetic web of cosmic life force that you feel the deep connection with the essence of the core energy of the Universe.
A strong sense of being home.
See yourself surrounded by a wash of brilliant light.
Feel like the Universe has its whole attention on you right now.
Feel being nestled at the source.
This cosmic energy that continues to flow into you.
It is also travelling to the far reaches of your ancestral connections and beyond.
Try to shift you into a new paradigm.
Pull the DNA helix powerful energy in deeper.
Invited to invoke positive change and growth within you.
Form it into the many layers of self.
Your physical layer.
Your emotional layer.
And your spiritual layer.
And all of the micro-sub-layers of self.
Feel the powerful pull of energy being invited in by your body.
Suddenly changing the frequency of energy within.
Each and every cell within you is shifting.
Buzzing with a sense of awakening.
It is being gently reprogrammed as stronger and more resilient than before.
Digging deep into the DNA of your being.
The very foundation of who you are.
Rebooting and enhancing your script.
Upgrading you to an enhanced version of yourself.
Feel yourself to be suspended in this powerful experience.
Turning each and every cell of your body to be energetically rewritten from an anatomic level.
Altering your very DNA.
Feel it.
Feel it truly happening.
Each and every cell in your body has been rebooted.
Come to work at an enhanced frequency.
The very fabric of yourself has been rewritten.
Your DNA has been upgraded.
All aspects of who you are feel refreshed and enhanced.
Experience the energy of transformation.
Buzzing through each and every cell within.
Enhancing your ability to perceive and interact with the world around you and the realms beyond the physical.
Now,
Feel yourself returning to your physical body.
Feeling with you the energetic transformation.
Slowly leaving the visuals behind as you come back more into the present moment.
Gently begin to deepen your breath.
Draw your awareness back into your body.
Notice the change in your awareness and sensations around your breath.
Observe the gentle rise and fall of your chest and belly.
Allowing this to expand as your breath deepens,
Pulling you into the present moment more.
Feel the connection between yourself and the support beneath you.
The sensation of air on any exposed skin.
Have a sense of the subtle flow of energy within and outside of you.
The transformation that has occurred.
Take a slow and deeper breath in.
Hold it for just a moment.
Sigh it out as you release the breath.
Stay here a little longer to feel into what has occurred,
Shifted.
And only when you feel ready,
Open your eyes and take any time you need to ready yourself for what's to come next.
Feeling with you your upgraded ability to perceive and interact with the world around you.
Functioning at your new and altered higher energetic frequency.
