Another sound journey created for you to listen to in the comfort of your home and to continue a regular practice of creating positive shifts on a physical,
Mental,
Emotional level and to lighten life.
This session has a duration of one hour.
As with every session,
Before we start,
I'd like to ask you to find a comfortable and quiet place.
Where you can lie down or sit back in a reclined position.
And please use headphones for listening,
For an optimal personal experience.
The end of session will be indicated with my voice.
From there you can gently come back into awareness of personal space and enjoy some time in silence before slowly returning to your daily activities.
The intention we set for this session is self-love.
Being kind to yourself.
Acknowledging your personal achievements.
Or saying I love you to your mirror image.
Is often something that is overlooked or avoided.
An expression of love to yourself is an important gesture of self-acceptance which you can express on a daily basis.
You are the only one you have.
From birth to death.
So that person should receive positive attention on a regular basis as an act of self-appreciation and being noticed.
It's like a big warm hug to yourself in support of moving forward with life while being supportive to others.
Expressing self-love as an acknowledgement for what you have created for you supports personal strengthening and self-esteem.
Especially in these times of change,
We all need self-love and the attention to kindness to self,
As support for inner balance,
Confidence and a sense of fulfilment.
Close your eyes once you have settled yourself in a comfortable position.
If you like,
You can use an eye cover to relax your eyes better.
Rest your hands beside your body,
On your heart space or on your solar plexus area.
Or when seated,
Your hands can rest on your thighs or knees.
We start with focusing on your breath.
Gently breathe in from your belly area,
While relaxing your neck,
Shoulders and chest.
Breathe in,
And when full,
Hold briefly before slowly releasing your breath until empty.
And then try to stay there for a few seconds in stillness,
Before breathing in again.
So gently breathe in from your belly area,
While relaxing your neck,
Shoulders and chest.
Hold for a short moment and release gently until empty,
And sit there in stillness for a few seconds before breathing in again.
As you are moving through this pattern of slow breath.
Allow your body to relax,
Starting from your toes,
Ankles,
Calves,
Thighs,
Hips,
Spine,
Belly area,
Stomach,
Chest,
Throat,
Neck and shoulders,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers.
Back to your lower jaw and release it from clamping your teeth or tightening your lips space for your jaw and chin gently hang.
Relax your mouth,
Nose and cheeks,
Eyelids and eyebrows,
Forehead,
Your ears and finally the crown of your head.
Allow your body to relax from your toes to the crown of your head as you are moving through this cycle of slow breathing,
Letting go of all the negative at the out-breath.
And inviting the positive and inbreath.

Allow yourself to gently return into your personal space.
Start wiggling your toes and fingers,
Stretching your arms,
Legs and back.
You can press your tongue against your palate to create a sense of headspace.
And whenever you're ready,
You can slowly sit upright,
Where you may want to spend a few more moments in silence.
Please take care of sufficient hydration and drink enough water over the next 24 hours.
Take some self-time in quiet before going back to attend to your daily activities.
Usually a live session,
Where resonance can also be felt through the body,
Will have an effect on your personal state for at least 48 hours.
This session can be listened to whenever you feel called to,
To relax with these sounds.
