You are enough.
In fact,
You are not only enough,
You are everything.
Why do we so often forget that?
Why do we rush to seek validation from others instead of validating ourselves?
We hold ourselves to others' standards and see ourselves through others' eyes.
Will they think I'm good enough,
Strong enough,
Smart enough,
Attractive enough?
The truth is,
If we can't be enough for ourselves,
It doesn't matter if we're enough for anyone else.
And let's stop talking about just being enough,
Being sufficient,
Being able to get by.
Let's instead talk about thriving,
About being powerful,
About giving our souls the chance to achieve their inherent greatness so far beyond just being enough.
But so often we stop there,
At enough,
And we wait for someone to tell us that we are.
And to judge us,
Our performance,
Our value,
Our worth.
What if we instead chose not to recognize the power of that judgment?
What if we instead chose to be our own personal jury?
What if we didn't relinquish control of our destiny,
But instead embraced the creative power we have to define our own path?
There would be more movement,
Less waiting,
More focus,
Less fear.
Our lives would be monuments of creative energy instead of images of contortion.
We could stretch and grow in ways that bring joy instead of ways that are well-worn by others.
Validation means to make something true,
To authenticate it.
You are the only one who has the power to do that for your life.
Live your truth and walk in your light.
The world will be better for it.
Be well my friends,
You are loved.
