Oh my gosh! I almost passed over this because I was afraid there’d be singing in it. Not sure why I thought that (maybe the word “song” in the description that I saw) but I personally find words when meditating distracting. Anyhow, I’m so glad I went with my gut and tried it. I loved it. I felt like I was by a creek in the summer. The water was my focal point, and the tingling music, it was just so repetitive (in an excellent way) that it became calming, and freeing, it took no thought to let it inside me and take me deeply inside with it. I could have listened to this all day. It was like a cleanse for my mind and soul. Thanks so much for sharing this.
