It is sometimes hard to isolate yourself from distractions, while you write or meditate. To help you a little bit with this task, this audio is equipped with stereophonic masking sounds and pleasant music. It is soothingly calm yet serves as a semi-transparent curtain from the outside world. I do hope you'll give it a try and only hope it will help you with your journaling. Hello and welcome to this session of background sounds for your journaling practice.

The 30 minutes instrumental part will start right after this short introduction.

The main goal of this recording is to mask the outside world and create a calm and isolated environment for your free writing.

We are going to try and achieve that by using 5 layers of ambient sounds with noise masking qualities.

The layers will be introduced to the listener in the following order.

On your far left,

You will hear the first continuous brown noise sound.

On your far right,

You will hear the second slightly different brown noise.

Closer to your left,

You will hear the first rain sound.

Closer to your right,

A different rain soundscape.

Finally,

In the center,

You will hear relaxing harmonies played by a soft ambient musical instrument.

This layer will serve as a centering sound and will add some color and vibrance to the creative process.

Each layer will fade in gradually one after the other,

Allowing your brain to adjust to the changes.

After you hear the harmonic instrumental layer in the center,

You can start writing when it feels right.

A clean instrumental version without the introduction will be available on my page if you ever want to use this audio again.

I recommend using headphones for a better experience.
