This peaceful reprise version without rhythm is aimed to help us sit in meditation with our eyes closed with intent and pray to Mother Earth to heal our planet and all of its existence. Goddess Ambika is a form (carnation) of Goddess Durga. Her powerful feminine energy is portrayed through her having eight arms, holding multiple weapons. She is the consort of the almighty Lord Shiva, also referred to as Adhi Parashakti, Amba, Durga, Bhagavati, Lalitambika, Bhavani, Sherawaali and Mata Rani. The Goddess is worshipped as one through many forms, worshipped as the mother of the universe. The hymn sings in praise of her glory and devotion to the divine love and compassion of her motherly attributes such as strength, compassion, unconditional love.
