This meditation utilises the 5.5-second breath also known as the Perfect Breath. It provides a short guided introduction and then allows the meditator to follow the bells and music uninterrupted for 20 minutes. The Perfect Breath provides an amazing sense of calm and quiet whilst also helping to heal the body.

I find this practice utilizing the perfect breath to be incredibly powerful and calming even if I can only manage 5 to 10 minutes a day.

It's really simple and can be practiced anywhere.

Start by finding a comfortable position either sitting or lying.

You will hear a bell every five and a half seconds signaling to alternate between the in-breath and the out-breath.

I will talk you through the first few breaths and then just continue in this pattern for as long as you like.
