Hi everyone,

It's Anne here.

I've made this little healing especially for you so that you can unwind,

Relax,

De-stress and also get rid of all of those programs that tell you you have to sacrifice yourself for everyone else.

Because it's important that you look after yourself,

That you love yourself and nurture yourself and you know what,

When you do that,

That's when everyone else around you benefits as well.

So just take a few minutes,

Make sure that you've got time,

That you won't be disturbed.

Turn off your phone,

Get comfy and close your eyes.

So just take a few relaxing breaths.

And imagine that you're surrounded in a beautiful soft coral colored light.

And it feels just like a big hug.

And it fills you with absolute peace and joy and calmness.

But it's a really replenishing energy.

So as you're surrounded by it,

Feel it beginning to soak into your cells,

Soak into your skin and deeper into your muscles,

Your tissues,

Your blood.

Feel yourself breathing it right into your lungs and let it soak into every cell in your body.

And this coral energy,

It has a very special and beautiful quality and that is that it goes to exactly the places where you've been neglecting yourself.

And it might be that you've been neglecting yourself physically.

Not looking after your physical needs,

Not resting,

Not eating properly.

Or it might be that you've got a whole shed load of subconscious programs that tell you that you're not allowed to look after yourself.

That you're not allowed to consider what your needs are,

That it's wrong to do something for you.

Maybe you have deep seated blocks that say you're not allowed to be loved,

Not allowed to receive.

Maybe you've got the whole lot.

So as you relax,

You can now allow any of those programs or issues,

Any parts of your body,

Any thoughts in your mind,

Any feelings,

Any blocks around your heart,

Old hurts,

Anxieties,

Resentments,

Whatever it is that is stopping you from receiving whatever it is that you really need,

Just allow them to be flagged up.

And we don't need to analyze them because they're never going to be the highest and best.

They're never going to be in alignment with the highest good for you or the people that you love.

So you can allow them to simply dissolve away.

So now we're going to take a few minutes and just imagine or feel or know or visualize whatever works for you.

That beautiful coral energy delicately and gently soaking into all of those dark places.

We're not changing things specifically because we don't need to.

The high vibration of this healing energy simply going to transform.

Whatever isn't serving and isn't in alignment with your highest and best is going to transform that into a higher vibration.

So relax.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So.

So now let's bring in just a few understandings.

Let's bring the understanding that you're worthy,

You're deserving,

You're more than good enough.

No matter what the patterns have been in your life and your family in the past,

You can allow these to gently and easily shift to rebalance that energy and that power.

So that your needs and your receiving are included.

So.

So now feeling that beautiful energy.

Now beautifully integrating in your mind,

Your body,

Your energy field.

Allow that nurturing.

Not replenishing to be normal for you.

You know,

Move forward,

Holding that vibration.

Allowing yourself to receive.

So as you become more aware of yourself,

What understanding the when you do that,

That's when not only you,

But everyone else around you benefits as well.

And I'll gently become aware of your body.

Your arms and legs,

Just begin to move your hands and feet.

And then bring yourself back to this moment,

To this time.

And then when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and get some with your day.
