Start by focusing your attention on your base chakra,

Feel and sense a red colored wheel or orb.
See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.
And as you breathe in and out,
Move your attention to the sacral chakra with the lower abdomen.
Focus on this area,
See,
Feel or sense the orange colored wheel or orb.
See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.
And as you breathe in and out,
Move your attention to the solar plexus chakra,
The stomach area.
Focus on this area and see,
