Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Making sure that your back is straight and your arms and legs are uncrossed.

Taking some nice deep calming breaths,

Settle yourself into your chair or the bed or the floor and getting yourself ready for this meditation journey.

Mini Chakra Balance for the visual and cognitive people.

This meditation is working quickly through the seven chakras or energy centers of the body to balance and cleanse the mind,

Body and spirit using color.

So as you breathe in and out,

Gently relaxing the body and the mind,

Start by focusing your attention on your base chakra,

The base of the spine.

And as you focus on this area,

See,

Feel and sense a red colored wheel or orb.

See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.

And as you breathe in and out,

Move your attention to the sacral chakra with the lower abdomen.

Focus on this area,

See,

Feel or sense the orange colored wheel or orb.

See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.

And as you breathe in and out,

Move your attention to the solar plexus chakra,

The stomach area.

Focus on this area and see,

Feel or sense the yellow colored wheel or orb.

See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.

And as you breathe in and out,

Move your attention to the heart chakra,

The center of the chest.

Focus on this area and see,

Feel or sense the green colored wheel or orb.

See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.

And as you breathe in and out,

Move your attention to the throat chakra.

Focus on this area and see,

Feel or sense the blue colored wheel or orb.

See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.

And as you breathe in and out,

Move your attention to the third eye chakra between your two eyebrows.

Focus on this area and see,

Feel or sense the indigo colored wheel or orb.

See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.

And as you breathe in and out,

Move your attention to the crown chakra at the top of your head.

And focus on this area and see,

Feel,

Sense a white colored wheel or orb spinning like a ceiling fan on the top of the head.

See this chakra as a bright clean wheel of light.

And finally as you breathe in and out,

Move your attention to the whole of your body and see,

Feel or sense beautiful white light surrounding your whole body.

Relax and breathe.

Allow the healing energy of the white light to come into your body and surround you.

Enjoy this feeling of peace and security and relax.
