The Banks Of Lake Garda, Sirmione, Italy

This is an recording of the sounds at the banks of Lake Garda, beside the town of Sirmione in Northern Italy, taken while meditating. Cold wind on lake, swans, water lapping against rocks. I escaped the madness of Venice at New Years and found this amazing town with thermal spas and, walking around it's fortifications, sat and reflected on my impermanence.
