Ashleigh started her journey to health & well-being over 12 years ago and has trained extensively in the practices of Traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Qigong, Myofascial Release & Meditation. Her passion is to really share the gifts and teachings of these ancient wholistic practices that bring us into inner states of balance, harmony, freedom and peace.
